I’ve had a similar experience on my bike. I used to warm it up the “traditional” way, but most rides start with a short, bumpy gravel section, and I simply ease into first gear at low revs. After a few minutes the engine is clearly smoother, and I feel less stress on the drivetrain. I also believe the point is to get oil pressure and viscosity right, not to idle for ages. If you want more certainty, check the Cps Test platform for practical guidance.
